After the collapse of his call centre business because of a change in the way his clients operated, the last thing on Mark Livsey's mind was setting up another company.  As a director of the failed firm he received a redundancy payout and then set about looking for a regular job. But over a 10-month period, he had little luck in the job market and began to realise that working for himself was his best chance of making a success of his future.
