Employers could face Valentine's Day heartbreak if they allow smitten staff to shower fellow workers with cards, flowers or compliments, an expert has warned.
Peter Mooney of consultant ELAS claimed the most romantic day of the year can be a "minefield" for both businesses and workers, as expressions of affection could lead to claims of sexual harassment if they cause offence to the recipient.
