Barclays' small business customers 'least satisfied'

last night after a new report revealed that nearly 60pc of small
businesses blame banks for an inability to borrow and invest. A survey of
more than 600 online businesses by eBay, which has 160,000 UK business
customers, also found that small firms banking with Barclays are the least
content with customer service levels.
