Setting up a company in the current economic climate is a viable career path, says Duncan Bannatyne. The coalition Government’s austerity drive will lead to a huge number of redundancies in the public sector, but politicians should make no mistake that the private sector will be able to pick up this slack overnight. What we need to do is offer more support to small and medium sized enterprises and entrepreneurs so that their businesses can grow and create more jobs.
